GROUND FLOOR

Through the front door, you step into the lounge, with the dining area at the far end leading through to the kitchen and shower room.

The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, microwave, toaster, washing machine, fridge, freezer and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you need.

In the lounge, there is a wonderful fireplace with a pellet burner (pellets  included in your rental price!) for cosy winter evenings. You have a flat screen TV, showing all English freeview channels, DVD player and stereo system. There is also unlimited WiFi connection.

FIRST FLOOR

Upstairs is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom.

OUTSIDE

Sunrise Cottage has two terraces, one to the side and the other at the front, making the most of the sun, or shade, as you prefer, throughout the day.

Have your breakfast of freshly baked croissants from the village boulangerie, in the morning sun and enjoy an aperitif and a BBQ in the evening, looking out over the garden to the fields beyond!

LOCALLY:

This property is 2km walking distance from the village with 3 restaurants, 2 bars, a tea room, as well as a doctor's surgery, pharmacy, post office etc.

The Cottage has electric wall radiators but they are barely needed when the pellet stove is lit!

The monthly rental price includes unlimited fibre optic WiFi, gas and water. Heating is supplied from a pellet stove giving central heating type temperature control. Pellet sacks are supplied on site at cost price.
Electricity is charged at cost price from meter reading.
