The house is fully furnished to a high standard. Bed linen and towels are provided. Wifi is excellent and a cinema projector is at your disposal for movie night.

The house has three bedrooms. The main bedroom is on the ground floor and has direct access to the terrace and gardens. The second double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is at the top of the round tower and provides a lovely view across the valley. The third bedroom has two single beds and an ensuite and is situated to the rear of the house. All bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space.

The main living room is very spacious with plenty of seating areas to enjoy a good book. Relax by the wood burning stove or recline next to the stereo to indulge in some music. The second living area is in the round tower and has a cinema projector. This room also has a sofa bed if needed.

The kitchen has two induction hobs and two gas hobs, oven and microwave and a large fridge freezer. Pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and the all important coffee maker.

The main bathroom has a luxurious free standing bath and walk in shower and double sink.

All the rooms on the ground floor have direct access to the long terrace, great for enjoying a meal or a morning coffee and patisserie whilst overlooking the village, fields and across to the hills.

The village of Encausse les Thermes has a fabulous boulangerie, a local shop and a chemists, only a 5 minute walk away.  A supermarket is 20 minutes drive away towards the main town of St Gaudens. The smaller town of Aspet is only 10kms away, this has a wonderful market on a Wednesday and Saturday, well worth a visit.

The house is in a great location for outdoor activities. Plenty of walks straight from the house into the hills or along the local river, for a harder effort the local mountain of Pic du Cagire is only a 10 minute drive away. The Pyrenees is perfect for cycling, either mountain biking or road, many Tour de France climbs are within easy reach but being right on the doorstep of the Pyrenees you can explore as much or little as you want.

Toulouse and its airport is a 70 minute drive away, or alternatively park up and take the train from St Gaudens to Toulouse or Biarritz.
