The villa is next to a nine-hole golf course and the sandy beaches are just minutes away by car. The property is one level throughout and has five double bedrooms, a large swimming pool and landscaped gardens. It is very well equipped, with quality furnishings, a lovely stone fireplace, underfloor heating and wifi throughout, and an automatic fresh air ventilation system.

The kitchen has an island, an American fridge, induction hob and oven, microwave and a dishwasher. There is a laundry room access here, with two washing machines, two tumble dryers and lots of built-in storage. The kitchen too leads onto the terrace and pool area with its summer kitchen and barbecue.

The property also has an attached office facility which offers a built in kitchen and toilet facilities.

There is a garage and a separate car port attached to the villa, with a large parking area outside. Bikes are available and there's table tennis.
