Villa Ocean has three double bedrooms and is all on one level. The property nestles in Arcachon Bay with its magnificent beaches, water and land sports, markets, seafood restaurants and delightful villages. The Villa is next to a 9 hole golf course and we have bikes on site, as well as table tennis.

The master bedroom has a quality en suite with sauna. The further double bedrooms share a high spec bathroom which has a double shower and twin sinks. The WC is separate.

There is a playroom/study which can be used as a guest bedroom also.

The lounge with fireplace and the dining area open onto a spacious, covered terrace. From here one can access the pool directly. from where there is direct access to the 8m x 4m heated swimming pool with alarm. The kitchen is fully equipped with a breakfast bar, American fridge and a dishwasher. From here one can step out onto the terrace and to the pool area where there is a summer kitchen with integrated gas barbecue.

The laundry room with its washing machine and tumble dryer, has an additional fridge freezer and built-in storage cupboards.

There is internet TV, multi-media sound system and of course, wifi throughout.
