The sandy beach at Notre Dame de Monts stretches for miles and behind the town, stand the vast forests of pine. A little further in, the salt marshes and quiet country lanes offer wonderful cycling opportunities.

There are watersports and nature centres, golf and boat trips, and of course miles and miles of golden sands.

The ground floor is open-plan: lounge with TV, fully equipped kitchen - washing machine, dishwasher, good size fridge freezer, microwave - and dining room. Patio doors lead out to the deck. Also on the ground floor, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. There is a shower room, with separate WC.

On the first floor, a double bedroom with a further single bed. A door leads out to a roof terrace which has seating. There's another twin bedroom, with a further single bed. And a shower room, with separate WC.

The garden is completely enclosed. It has dining table and chairs, sunloungers and an awning. The plunge pool is 5 x 3.5 metres and there's a gate in front of the steps, for safety. There is parking for two cars, off road.

For guest with limited mobility, there is a walk in shower and no steps for accessing the ground floor double or twin rooms.
