This is a fresh, modern home on one level. The decor is stylish and the property is equipped to a very high standard.

A spacious, open plan living/kitchen/dining area has patio doors leading to the garden, deck area and store (for bikes!). There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. The shower room has two basins and there's a large walk in shower with a separate WC.

Outside is a completely enclosed garden. The deck has a table and chairs and there's an awning too. The heated plunge pool is 4.5 x 3.5 metres and for security, the steps are accessed by a gate, and of course there are sunloungers for relaxing. There's space for parking off road for two vehicles.

Wifi throughout. And for guests with more limited mobility, there are no steps at La Braie and showering is easy with the walk in facility.

The sandy beach at Notre Dame de Monts stretches for miles and behind the town, stand the vast forests of pine. A little further in, the salt marshes and quiet country lanes offer wonderful cycling opportunities.

There are watersports and nature centres, golf and boat trips, and of course miles and miles of golden sands.
