This lovely, centrally heated, Burgundian property is set in a tranquil location by a calm river and close to the centre of the village of Levernois. Le Meix Chapeau is a spacious home with high quality furnishings and comfort throughout.

The upper floor living/dining/kitchen is open plan with a stunning, centrally suspended fireplace.

On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms (one with 160cm bed and the other with twin) and a bathroom, with one further WC. Also at this level is a large (fully toy-stocked!) playroom. Doors lead to a private terrace and to the garden - with furniture and a barbecue - and to the courtyard.

A large mezzanine has a reading corner with board games. There's a lovely sleeping area here with a 160 cm bed and an additional single bed.

There is a 11.5m x 4.5m heated swimming pool. We have bikes too and outdoor games. The green cycle path starts just 50m from our door.

The village has a good pub and three restaurants.
